Navigating these ambitious projects within an organization of RBC size was a testament to the spirit of RBC Design and its commitment to providing clients with a consistent and predictable user experience.
The e-application played a pivotal role in RBC Insurance’s digital transformation initiative. Within their ecosystem of evolving applications, the point of capturing accurate data is one of high importance for all parties. Our CRM was dynamic and could capture most of what was needed to apply, however many user journeys had to be modified to align with some key user expectations and in some cases the system design and or the technology stack. This meant the modification of key elements of the UX.
My responsibility in shaping the e-App involved harmonizing its visual design incrementally.
