RBC Design – Insurance Apps
In the of fall 2015, I joined the team at RBC Design, serving as a UX lead for the Insurance division. Focusing on helping RBC Insurance define the user experience of some of its key tools, our teams were faced with a few fundamental challenges. One notable exercise was the enhancement of a personal insurance estimation tool. The tool was a key component in the Insurance ecosystem.
We streamlined the application to make it easy for agents to stay engaged with clients and to capture the critical data needed to produce a more accurate assessment.
